Abstract　： The final purpose of the root canal treatment lies in keeping the root in the non-irritating condition against paradentium for a long time. From this point of view, root canal disinfection is a major factor for the root canal treatment, and taking culture is one of the scientific methods to find asepsis of the root canal. Our efforts had been made to improve the culture media and the incubator for several years. And we found that the combined use of ampoule culture medium "PLADIA" and the thermostatically controlled small electric incubator "T. O. type Incubator" is adequate for dental practice.
