| Abstract : | [Abstract] 99mTC-labeled phosphonate compounds were analyzed using a mini-column which was an anion-exchange typed cartridge. As a result, free 99mTc was eluted by neutral solution. Some parts of the 99mTc-labeled phosphonates were eluted by alkaline solution. The remaining parts were not from the mini-column. At that time, it was possible to analyze free 99mTc and 99mTc labeled phosphonates in each prepared solution. Moreover, 99mTc-MDP was intravenously injected in rabbits to examine the stability of 99mTc-MDP in the blood. The radioactivity in the alkaline solution fraction decreased gradually, while that in the column fraction increased. Thus, this simple and quick mini-column method was very useful for analysis. |
