Abstract : | [Abstract] For the recent aging society, it is required that we become familiar with new fields of technique and complexity. For this reason, we have been studying techniques for sputter deposition which are intended to improve the surface of dental materials. Various metals can be used for sputter-coating, and, after due consideration, it was found that the features of titanium as a bioadaptive material were excellent. The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibilities of dental materials using Ti or TiN coating, in a dental sputtering system. |
