Abstract : | In the field of microcirculation research, many types of methods are being conducted to observe the vasculature of the bone. The microvascular resin cast method is a way of injecting low-viscosity synthetic resin into the blood vessels, dissolving the peripheral tissue with a proteinase solution. A clear three-dimensional image and relationship between the blood vessels and bone can be obtained. In this study, bio-resorbable synthetic bone graft material (TCP) and Paletet-rich plasma (PRP) was applied to beagle dogs' artificial bone cavity. To examine the relationship between the bone formation and vascular changes, a micro vascular resin cast model was observed. In the control group without using PRP and TCP, the arrangement of bone trabecula and vasculature was delayed. In the PRP/TCP Group, the bone structures were reproduced and the vascular network of bone marrow was rearranged. These findings suggest that PRP with synthetic bone graft material can accelerate vascular and bone regeneration. |
