Abstract : In the medical and dental fields, the use of the radio activation analysis has just begun. The process used in this method is usually divided into two steps: the first step is to produce radioactive nuclides within the sample, and the second is to make a selective detection of γ-ray and β-ray. By applying this method to biological specimens and additionally using microautoradiograph technique as the third step, we have succeeded in histologically demonstrating the existence of radioactivated phosphorus. This paper is to report on a new method of demonstrating the localization of phosphorus (32P) in the tissue and cells.
