Abstract : [Abstract] An evaluation on the quality of structural properties on solidification of various casting metals is mandatory in dental technology. Three fundamental features are presented in this study, namely; chilled, equiaxed, and columnar crystal structures. The appearance of these structural compositions depends on the degrees of supercooling during the solidifying process. These patterns also show the different arrangement forms of crystals, and their characteristic configuration should be thoroughly evaluated in future studies.
