| Abstract ： | [Abstract] A series of studies in which a dental sputtering system was used to process titanium was carried out, based on the expectation that this processing system would improve the surface properties and mechanical characteristics of titanium. Following recent advances in vacuum technology, sputter deposition has become a widely used processing technique. If this technique is put to use in the dental field, it is expected to improve the surface properties and mechanical features of dental materials. It was suggested that the color of titanium nitride caused by reactive sputtering could be controlled using a dental sputtering system. |
