| Abstract ： | [Abstract] A linear expression of intergrins α2, α3, β1 and E-cadherin was observed corresponding with cell membranes in cultured oral keratinocytes originating from human normal gingiva. After treatment with cytochalasin B, the bundles of microfilaments decreased and scattered small spots were observed, and the linear pattern of integrins was drastically changed to a dotted structure. However, there was no clear change in the expression pattern of E-cadherin even after cytochalasin B treatment. |
