Abstract : In the field of microcirculation research, many types of methods are being conducted to observe the gingival vasculature. The micro vascular resin cast method is a way of injecting low-viscosity synthetic resin into the blood vessels, dissolving the peripheral tissue. A clear three-dimensional image and relationship between the blood vessels and bone can be obtained. In this research, the morphological changes of gingival microvasculature after ultrasonic tooth preparation were observed three-dimensionally by the micro vascular resin cast method.
