| Abstract ： | 「抄録」 すべての疾患には, 早期発見早期治療が肝要であるが, 複雑な病態を示す歯周疾患においては, 特に診断の確実さが必要とされる. 臨床的に歯肉病変の状態を知る最も簡便で有力な方法の一つとして, 在来, 歯肉からの出血を観察することが行われている. われわれは, この歯肉の出血が, 月経周期により, 変動を蒙るのではなかろうかと考え, 歯肉の臨床的観察および歯肉嚢内滲出液中血液量の生化学的定量を逐日的に行い, 月経周期との関連性を検討した. 実験対象は, 18～19歳の健康な女子学生で, それぞれ臨床的正常歯肉および歯肉炎を有するもの20名を選んだ. 月経周期測定にはB.B.T.をあらかじめ計らせ, 毎日歯肉の臨床的観察とともに, 歯肉嚢からの滲出液を採取した. 歯肉嚢内滲出液に含まれる血液量は, ベンチジン反応改良法で定量を行つた. その結果, 全員において, 月経周期と歯肉所見ならびに歯肉嚢内滲出液中の血液量の間には相関関係は見られなかった. このことから, われわれは, 本実験における被検者の如く, 個体が健康であり, 月経周期が正しく, 口腔清掃が十分行われる場合には, 歯肉は常に健康を保持し得ると考察する. |

| Abstract ： | Amount of blood in the exudate from gigival pocket of femal students (18-19 years old) were observed in relation to their menstrual cycles. Twenty healthy students having clinically normal gingiva and gingivitis were selected and also their B.B.T. and thorough examinations of gingival conditions were carried out. The exudate from gingival pocket flowing out within five minutes were collected everyday throughout the term of the experiment according to N. Brill's method (1958). Blood contents were mesured using Bentizine reaction modified by Y. Imagawa & K. Hara (1965). Statistically, it was definitely observed that there were no siginificant relations between menstrual cycle and the amount of blood in gingival pocket fluid and/or clinically gingival conditions. It is quite interest to assume that the gingival tissues are possible to maintain their clinically normal appearnces in a case of healthy, regular menstrual cycle and good oral hygenic condition. |
