| Abstract ： | R.Schoenheimerは, 1942年 "Dynamic State of Body Constituents" という本の中で, 蚕白質の代謝について次の様に述べている. "Protein turnoven is extensive and rapid, in which degradation rate constants are heterogenous with respect to different proteins, and where such rate constants can be altered independently from alterations in rate of synthesis." その後の生物科学のめざましい進歩により, 現在では, 彼の推論の確証がなされて来ている. 又同じ蛋白質であっても, 組織が異なると, その代謝は全く異質蛋白質かと疑う程の異なりを随所に見るのである. |
