Abstract　： 「抄録」ゴルジ装置はGolgiにより光顕的にその存在が最初に報告された. その後しばらくの間は, その存在自体が疑問視されたり, 観察できても人工産物であろうとする報告などが続いたが, しかし, 電子顕微鏡と位相差顕微鏡を用いてDaltonらがその存在を再確認し, 同時に形態的構造も確定的にされ現在におよんでいる. すなわち, ゴルジ装置の形態的構成はゴルジ嚢, 小胞および空胞の3つからなっている. ゴルジ装置の3つの構成要素は種々の細胞でほぼ共通であり, この他の構成要素が観察できるという報告はない. 今回, ラット顎下腺終末部の漿液細胞のゴルジ装置を電子顕微鏡を用いて観察したところ, 3つの構成要素のいずれにもあてはまらないと思われる構造物が所見として得られた. この構造物がゴルジ装置の新しい構成要素にあたるものか, また, その構造物の出現する意義について考察する.

Abstract　： The Golgi Complex was by means of a silver staining method, Golgi descovered a reticular structure in the ground cytoplasm. Dalton and Felix was observation with electron microscopy and phase contrast microscopy, the three principal components forming the Golgi complex as seen as electron microscopy are lamellae, vacuole and vesicle. The ultrastructure of the Golgi complex as studied in serous acinar cells of the submandibular gland of the rat. The Golgi lamellae is found an extensive tounge-shaped or horseshoe-shaped, these lamellae valiable lengh and occuered in stacks of four or six. Near the inside Golgi lamellae single membranous structure can be found. In these Golgi-associated membranous structure is horseshoe-shaped, but that arch have been completely opposite to Golgi lamellae arch. However, the single membranous structure are not found at all time in the Golgi area and this suggests occur by cell cycle.
