| Abstract ： | 「はじめに」鋳造修復法においてはその操作特性により最終的に鋳造体が合着されるまでの間, 形成された歯を仮封しておくことが, 切削面の汚染防止, 外来刺激の遮断, 歯髄の鎮静などの目的から不可欠なステップとされている. このために現在, 種々の仮封材が用いられているが, とくにその辺縁封鎖性, 保持あるいは歯髄鎮静効果などの点で優れ, 一般の臨床に使用されている酸化亜鉛ユージノールセメントをはじめとして油成分を含む材料が頻用されている. このため仮封材撤去後の形成面に油分が付着残存して, 後に用いられる合着用セメントの歯質接着性に影響をおよぼすことが懸念される. 一般に油分による被着面の汚れは接着力を低下させるといわれ, Buonocoreは口腔環境において圧搾空気や種々の薬剤の適用により歯面が油によって汚染される危険性のあることを報告し, また, 一方では接着性コンポジットレジンの接着力がこのような油の汚染によって低下することが確認されている. |

| Abstract ： | In this study, the influence of the application of various temporary fiilling materials and detergents to the prepared tooth on the adhesive characteristics of the luting cements were investigated. Three kinds of temporary filling material i. e. zinc oxide eugenol cement, tannin-fluoride containing temporary cement and non-eugenol temporary cement were used and distilled water, 3% hydrogen peroxide, 10% sodium hypocrorite and 70% ethyl alcohol were applied as detergents. As the luting cements, polycarboxylate cement, tannin-fluoride containing polycarboxylate cement and glass ionomer cement were selected as the permanent cementing mediums. Adhesive tensile test was performed on each experimental group by combinations with temporary filling materials, detergents and luting cements described above, and as the results from this experiment, it could be concluded that the adhesive strength of the luting cements were not so much influenced by any combinations with temporary filling materials and detergents so far as polycarboxylate cement was not used as the final cementing medium. |
