| Abstract ： | 「はじめに」医療を行うには, 基本的な基礎的医学法を含めた実施対策が必要である. 院内感染は古くから色々と問題となったが, 注目されるようになったのは1940年頃からで欧米・英国で研究されたが, 初めは新生児病棟における黄色ブドウ球菌による膿皮症などの感染症であり, その後の院内感染源となる細菌叢の変化相により, グラム球菌の変化がみられるようになった. 最近では血液ならびに体液(唾液, 精液ら)を介するウイルス性疾患の肝炎ウイルスでのA型肝炎(HAV), B型肝炎(HBV), 非A・B型肝炎(HCV), 後天性免疫不全症候群エイズ(AIDS, HIV)についても, ほぼ対策が確立されることとなった. また本学における院内感染防止対策ならびに神奈川歯学を参照. HCVもHBV対策と同様に, インターフェロン剤が治療剤として認められた. 今頃また黄色ブドウ球菌におけるMRSA多剤抗生物質に耐性でメチシリンに耐性を示す黄色ブドウ球菌(Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus)感染が問題とされている. |

| Abstract ： | Abstract: Clinical staffs and practical nurse who have frequent contacts with MRSA infectors are apt to become germ carriers in oral cavity or nasal cavity. Since it is regarded that most infections are caused by spray, usual habit of washing hands and wearing mask are recommended. After disposition, the mouth (oral cavity) is cleaned by means of disinfection of hands and fingers and gargle. Care has to be taken for compromised hosts. I explained outline of MRSA infection and countermeasures against it. But the methods must be of such countermeasures as to consider for infectors of other bacteria, fungi, and virus simultaneously. |
