| Abstract ： | 失われた咬合平面を人工歯により回復するにあたり, 日常の補綴臨床では多くの方法が用いられている. そのうち, 鼻聴道線(Camper's Plane)に基準を求めて人工歯の排列を行なう方法は比較的簡易で, 且つ有効であるので古くから臨床で応用されている. 今回, われわれは側貌頭部X線規格写真により, 鼻聴道線(カンペル平面)について検討を加える意味で, 正常の咬合状態(天然歯列)を有する青年の被検者22名(男17名, 女5名, 平均年令22才)を選択し, 計測研究をすすめた. その結果, 興味ある若干の知見を得たので報告する. 「I 緒言」 無歯顎患者に総義歯を作製するにあたり, 人工歯を適確な位置及び高さに排列する事は, 有歯顎時に比較して種々の基準が失われているため, 臨床上困難な事が多い. また欠損の多い局部床義歯, あるいは近年, 注目をあびている有歯顎歯列に対するオーラル, リハビリティションの症例においても同様であろう. |

| Abstract ： | For a study of Camper's plane, lateral cephalometrics of twenty two Japanese young adults (seventeen males and five females) were taken at the Photographic Center, Kanagawa Dental College. Their mean age was twenty two. Angular measurments were performed in the following angles. 1) FH pl. - Camper's pl. 2) FH pl. - Occlusal pl. 3) Camper's pl. - Occlusal pl. 4) Facial pl. - FH pl. 5) Facial pl. - Camper's pl. 6) Facial pl. - Occlusal pl. Results were computed statistically and are shown in Tables 1., and 3. Linear measurements were also performed for three vertical lines between Camper's pl. and Occlusal pl., which are shown in Fig. 2. Results are presented in Table 2. |
