Abstract　： 「抄録」 永久歯の象牙質のいわゆる発育線については多数の研究報告があるが, 乳歯のそれについての報告はきわめて少なく, 代表的なものとしてSchoorとPoncher (1937), による弗化ソーダの注射による実験報告があるにすぎない. 研磨標本や脱灰標本による組織学的観察の報告もRushton, Schour, Masslerらの論文以外にはまとまったものは見られない. このことは歯の肉眼解剖についても同様であって乳歯についての起載は永久歯のそれに比較して非常に貧弱である. このような理由から乳歯の象牙質のいわゆる発育線について組織学的にまとめたものを報告する次第である.

Abstract　： [Imbrication lines of the primary teeth] As to ground sections from 226 primary teeth and decalcified sections with various stains from 167 primary teeth, contour lines of Owen, dentin lamellae of Ebner, lines of Andresen, neonatal lines and infancy rings are examined. In the majority of sections from the primary teeth the lines of Andresen are not visible clearly. They appear with rythm of 12.5 to 15μ. Between the lines three to five sets of paired striae calcificantes (contour lines of calcoglobulins) are visible. A pair of striae, which is 4μ wide, strictly 2.5 to 5μ wide, indicates 24 hour's calcified amount of dentin. This suggests Andresen's lines of the primary teeth appear with three to five days' rythm. The frequency of occurrence of the neonatal line in dentin is below 36%. The first infancy ring appears at a distance of 620 to 820μ from the neonatal line.
