| Abstract ： | 「抄録」 近年補綴領域に於ても無痛下での処置が要求されている. 歯冠修復が間接法によって行われている今日では, 歯頸部への補綴物の適合は有髄無髄を問わず歯頸縁の形成前と印象前に歯肉圧排が行われないと良好の適合が得られない. この歯肉圧排中に疼痛を訴える患者が多く, 局部麻酔が必要となる. 有針注射器による局部麻酔には患者の協力が得られにくく日常の臨床に支障を来たす事が多くあった. 以上の問題を解決するのに適当と思われる無針注射器シリジェットマークIIを入手する機会があったので, これらの補綴領域の応用を行い多少の知見を得たので報告する. 「実験項目と結果」 1. 噴射量の正確性は, 1回噴射量の0.05cc, 0.1cc, 0.15ccの3段階について実験を行った結果, 0.05ccの噴射痕の平均直径は5.2mm, 0.1ccの場合は5.5mm, 0.15ccの場合は5.6mmとなりシリジェットマークIIの調節目盛りは高度な精度を有している. |

| Abstract ： | At the present time, a treatment by analgesic method is in demand in even prosthetic dentistry. We can not get the best ajustment of cervical margin without displacement of gums at crownbridge restoration. During this displacement of gums, many patients happene to feel pain. Therefore, we have need of local anesthesia. We tried the Syrijet Mark II as a local anesthesia. As the results of these experiments, we have reached the main findings as follows. 1. The ajustment scale of medicament dose of the Syrijet Mark II is a very small amount, but it has high precise. 2. At the displacement of gums, we can get anesthetic effects to the full by using only 0.5cc twice at the buccal side, and 0.5cc once at the lingual side. 3. Increase of the times of jet dose more spreads the effective extent than the increase of once jet amount. This effect disappears at 20 min. after jet. 4. Using the Syrijet Mark II, it more bleeds than usual injector, but terror to patients is little. 5. The wound of the jet point heals after 72 hours. It seems there is more harm than usual injector. |
