Abstract : 「抄録」1971年, 針麻酔の報道以来, 全国の医科大学, 歯科大学の麻酔科においても多数の針麻酔症例が報告されている. 神奈川歯科大学麻酔科においても, 各科および針灸師の協力を得て1976年12月より, 主として抜歯における針麻酔の応用の機会を得た. われわれは, 中国で行われている経穴の選択, 取穴, 刺入方法を取り入れて行った. 患者には, 抜歯1週間前に針麻酔について説明し協力を得た. その結果11例の針麻酔における抜歯の経験を得た中で, 3例は著効, 5例は有効, 3例は無効であった. 著効例中, 1例は電気針のみで局所麻酔剤使用時と同様の効果を得て, 12本の多数抜歯を経験した. また, 他の1例においては, 薬物アレルギーを有する患者の抜歯症例も含まれている.

Abstract : The surgical Procedure using acupuncture anesthesia has been frequentry reported in many medical and dental colleges in Japan since 1971. At Department of Anesthesiology in Kanagawa Dental College, it has employed this analgestic method for extraction in co-operation with the members of other departments and the acupuncturists. The meridian point and the method of putting in the needle which were practically adopted in China were utilized this time. The co-operation from patients was obtained by explaining the method of acupuncture anesthesia before one week. Among 11 cases of extractions, three cases were failures, five cases were good and three cases were excellentry effective, among which one case was possible to extract 12 teeth with only electric acupuncture obtaining the same effect as using local anesthesia and one case succeeded to anesthetize the patient who had allergy of drags. This paper reports the results of 11 cases of the acupuncture anesthesia examined at Department of Anesthesihlogy in Kanagawa Dental College.
