| Abstract ： | 「抄録」口腔を清潔にするための手段のなかで, 歯科医や衛生士等の専門家の手助けなしに, しかも, 手軽に口腔を清潔にすることができる最も一般的な方法は, 歯刷子を用いた清掃による方法であろう. この歯刷子による口腔清掃方法が最も一般的に普及しているにもかかわらず, 現在の日本人のう蝕や歯牙支持組織疾患等の罹患状況からみて, 現状においては, 必ずしも歯刷子による正しい清掃が行われているかどうか疑問をいだかざるを得ない. これは, 一般の人々の口腔衛生思想の低さにもよるが, 歯刷子による正しい清掃方法が行われていないためによるものと考えられる. 事実, 歯刷子による正しい清掃方法の学習は, 大変むつかしいうえに, 刷掃方法そのものが正しく行われているかどうかを自分自身で確認することもたいへん困難である. もし, 刷掃の対象が幼児や児童, さらには, 目や耳の不自由な人であればなお一層困難であることは云うまでもない. この場合, 刷掃を学習させる立場にある, 親, 歯科医そして衛生士等による刷掃指導は, たいへんな労力と時間が必要である. そこで, 本研究は, 老若男女を問わず歯刷子を用いた清掃が, 正しく行える学習と刷掃が正しく行われているかどうかの確認とを行える装置の開発, さらには, その装置の使用方法の開発と利用効果の検討を主目的とした. さらに加うるに, 幼児や児童が, 刷掃を楽しくそして正確に学習でき, それが正しい習慣として固定させるための歯刷子刷掃学習装置の開発することを目的とした. 刷掃学習装置の概要は, 歯刷子の柄に, 刷掃運動によって作動する発音装置, または発光装置を設けたものである. この上記装置等は, 歯刷子の往復運動, 回転運動および刷掃時の圧力を感知して作動する. |

| Abstract ： | The Present study was done to achieve the development of brushing trainig appliance that learn the brushiug technique of a toothbrush and confirm the movement of a toothbrush for children, parents, blind man, dumb person, dental hygienist and dentist. It was shown that report was the thinking and the design of the brushing training appliance in this report. This brushing training appliance was organized a pronunciation appliance and, or a radiation appliance, a coupler to toothbrush. then, its brushing training appliance was turned on and off sound and light by to perceive the horizontal and the rotation movement of a toothbrush, and the presscre on a toothbrush. |
