| Abstract ： | 「抄録」 下顎骨は, 頭部または顔面を構成する骨のうちでも単一骨で成り強固である上に機能との関連が深い理由から, 研究の対象に選ばれる機会が多い. 現在まで行われた研究の方法だけを数えても多くを数えることができる. しかし, 下顎骨の形態でも未だ不明な部分が残されている. そこで, 私はインド人の成人晒骨頭蓋50顆を使用し, 下顎骨の形態を調べるためにモアレ写真を製作した. なお, 使用した頭蓋には計測の基準として, 正中・オトガイ孔・その他の部分にマークがしてある. 製作したモアレ写真は下顎骨表面形態の特徴毎に分類した. そして, モアレ画像解析装置にかけ水平断面形態を打ち出した. 水平断面プロット図からは, 下顎骨の前後的な長さや左右の幅, 外周の長さ等を計測した. |

| Abstract ： | Since mandibular contains many characteristics, there still remain uncertain parts about morphology of the mandibular. so, we took moire-photograms of fifty adult Indean skulls with moire-camera in order to study the morphology of mandibular, As standardization of measurement, we marked on sagittal, mental foramen and other points on the craniums. On the completed moire-photograms, firstly we classified them according to the characteristics of morphology of mandibular surface then we plotted out the morphology of the horizontal section by using moire optical analyzer. We measured anterior-posterior length, width and circumference of the mandibular from plotted graphs of horizontal section. |
