Abstract : 「抄録」 無歯顎あるいは多数歯欠損症例の補綴処置を行うに際し, 仮想咬合平面を適切に回復させるのは非常に困難な操作である. 現在, 臨床では, その症例に応じて様々な方法がとられるが, 今なお決定的な術式は確立されていない. 著者らは, その一助とすべく, 種々の特徴をもつHIP plane(Cooperman plane)に着目し, 咬合平面との相関性についての研究を行った. 研究資料として, 正常咬合を持つ成人男女有歯顎歯列模型30組を選出し, 模型上に三次元直交座標系を設定し, 歯科用グラディコン万能形態分析装置及びアイコムC4ミニコンピューターを使用して計測を行い, XYZの三次元座標値を得た. 得られた座標値より, HIP plane(Cooperman plane)と咬合平面との矢状面方向での角度の算出を行い, 以下の結論を得た. 1)矢状方向における両者の角度は, 男性は, 平均-1°32', 標準偏差0.036, 女性は, 平均-0°27', 標準偏差0.048, であった. 2)PALATAL PLANE, HIP plane(Cooperman plane), 咬合平面の三者は, ほぼ平行の関係にあり, この関係を臨床に導入することは, きわめて有効な手段と思われる.

Abstract : [Abstract] : It is a difficult procedure to determine the Imaginary Occlusal plane properly, when constructing prosthetic appliances in edentulous jaws or in those cases where only a few teeth arc left. Clinically, the various methods are carried out in accordance with each case, However, the decisive method has not been established yet. Authors paid special attention to HIP plane (Cooperman plane) for clinical application and investigated this Particular plane making the comparison with the Occlusal plane and Palatal plane in natural dentitions. In this study, thirty adult males and females were selected as subjects with normal occlusion in natural dentitions. Each plaster cast was set on the three dimentional co-ordinate of GRADICON system. Angular measurements and comparisons of these three planes were obtained from the Mini-Computer (AICOM C4). The following results were summarized. 1. The angle of HIP plane and Occlusal plane in sagittal direction was -1°32' (mean value) with S.D. ; 0.036 for males and -0°27' (mean value) with S.D. ; 0.048 for females. 2. Correlations among Palatal, HIP and Occlusal planes were almost parallel to each other. Consequently, it would be highly signifying for clinical application to use these data.
