Abstract : 「抄録」 当教室の形状計測研究の一環として, 歯冠及び, 歯肉形態に関する研究を行い, 好結果を得たので報告する. 資料は, 歯列・咬合が正常と判定され, 歯肉に病的異常が認められない, 24才~27才の精密印象石膏模型6組を使用し, 計測は樫村社製高密度モアレトポグラフィ装置を用いて行った. モアレカメラの撮影及びトレースを同条件で行うため, 歯列模型に上顎規準平面に平行な規定面と, 後方基準平面を設定し, 規格模型を作製した. また同一の理由で, 規格模型を任意の角度に回転させるための装置を考案, 試作した. この回転装置に規格模型を固定し, 中側切歯群, 左右犬歯部, 左右臼歯群の5方向から撮影, トレースし, 各種断面図化の重ね合わせを行った. その結果歯冠及び歯肉形態を検討することが可能であった. 今後, 種々のモアレトポグラフィの補綴学的応用を試み, 報告して行くつもりである.

Title : A study of coronal and gingival contours by means of Moire topogrsphy (Preliminary Report)

Abstract : As one of successive morpho-longitudial studies in our department, an evaluation of cornal and gingival contours was conducted and the results from this preliminary report are presented in this paper. Materials were selected from those six subjects who were considered to be as normal dentitions and occlusion, and have no pathological condition of gingival tissues, their ages are ranging from 24 to 27 years. Measurments were carried out by the Hi-Condensity Moire topograph (Kashimura Co.). In oder to be taken all plaster casts by the Moire camera and moreover the contour drawings were traced in the same condition, antero-posterior reference plane in maxillary jaw was determined on the plaster casts, and the refernce plan was parallel to the maxillary occlusal plane. The rotating plane apparatus was constructed to secure the optional rotating angles of the mounted plaster casts, which made possible to be taken the casts by the camera from five directions, namely incisors region, canines regions in both sides, molars regions in both sides. The developped films were traced on to the paper and each sectional drawing of Moire topograph was over-lapped one after another alterately. This preliminary study showed the possibility to evaluate the contours drawing of coronal and gingival forms for application of research in Prosthodontics.
