| Abstract ： | 「抄録」 歯科補綴領域, とりわけ有床系において, いわゆる金属床義歯の応用される機会が多くなってきた. 金属床は強度・装着感・熱伝導性などが優れていることから, 咀嚼や発音などの機能回復においても有利であり, また, その耐久性からも義歯床として多用されている. しかし, その製作方法は主に鋳造法によるために, 高度な技術と精度が要求され, 種々の問題点が残されているのが現実である. 我々は, 従来の鋳造法による金属床の諸問題を改善する方法の一つとして, 電鋳法(Electro Forming)により, 作業用模型に直接電気化学的に金属を析出させ金属床の成形加工に成功した. 今回は, その成形性・操作性を主体に報告する. |

| Abstract ： | It has been frequently seen the opportunities that so-called metal plate dentures are constructing in the field of dental prosthodontics, especially in plate denture constructions. This trend may be due to sufficient rigidity, comfortable sensations, better thermal conduction of the metal plate, and moreover, it has such advantages as successful chewing and phonetics and durability. However, there exist difficulties in constructing plate dentures by this techniqu, for highly technical quality and procedural exactness are mandatory. Therefore, from a practical view point, authors conducted an electro-forming as a modified method, and succeeded a direct electro-chemical forming of metal into the working plaster cast. Plasticity and mainpulation of the electro-forming in metal plate dentures, were mainly made in this study. |
