Abstract : Absteact : A number of workers have reported classification, occurrence and frequency, etc. of the fused, coalesced or geminous teeth. It is said that the incidence of fused teeth in the deciduous dentition is about 10 times as high as in the permanent dentition. Many studies are also made on the relation of the fused deciduous teeth to the permanent succeeding teeth or to the malocclusion. However it is rare to find 3 sets of fused teeth in the deciduous dentition of a child. Recently, authors met a very rare case of the upper bilateral geminated deciduous canine associated with AB and other abnormality in a 3 years 3 months old boy. The following findings and are obtained by macroscopic and radiographic examinations. 1. In the upper deciduous canine, the crown's form is similar to normal deciduous canine, but there is a fused line in the middle of the crown and the root bifurcates on the mesio-distal side. 2. A and B are fused together entirely. 3. 2 supernumerary permanent teeth are recognized in the upper dentition and a right lateral incisor have been lost in the earlier stage of dentition. We consider that the incident should be due to some enviromental factors influencing on the child for a long time.
