| Abstract ： | 「緒言」 歯の萌出異常の1つである埋伏は, 永久歯群においてしばしば認められるが, 乳歯群での頻度は低いとされている. 乳歯埋伏の原因については, そのほとんどが局所の炎症病変, 歯胚の位置および方向異常, 象牙質腫あるいは外傷などを示唆したもので, 後継永久歯胚の位置異常に起因すると思われる報告が1例認められる. 著者らは, 4歳男児の下顎左側第2乳臼歯が埋伏し, かつ同歯歯根が彎曲し, 後継永久歯胚の位置異常を伴った症例, および8歳女児の上顎左側第2乳臼歯が埋伏し, 後継永久歯胚の位置異常を伴った症例に遭遇した. そこで, この2例について肉眼的およびレントゲン写真によって詳細に観察し, 若干の知見を述べ, 先人の症例に追補する. 「症例」 症例1 患者：戸○豊○ 4歳6ヵ月 男児 生年月日：昭和48年10月12日 初診日：昭和53年4月26日 主訴：口腔管理および口腔衛生指導を希望 既往歴：妊娠中, 母体は健康で特記すべき事項はない. |

| Abstract ： | Abstract : We report on two cases of impacted deciduous second molar. They are observed clinically and radiographically. In both cases, no abnormality was found in their past medical and dental histories. X-ray examinations revealed a tooth-like opaque object between the impacted deciduous molar and the first permanent molar in two cases. The tooth-like objects are considered to the second premolar. As for etiology of these impaction, a mechanical force and a tooth-germ irregularity was supposed respectively. |
