Abstract : 「緒言」歯根膜は歯と歯槽骨とを結合し, 咬合圧に対する歯の支持や歯槽骨の保護などの機能を受持つ. そしてその血管網は咬合圧により変形する過酷な環境のもとで, 血液を循環させている. 人為的に歯を移動した時の, 歯周組織の変化に関する組織学的研究はSandstedt (1904) 以来Oppenheim (1911), Gottlieb und Orban (1931), Orban (1936), 太田 (1937), Reitanの一連の研究, などがある. しかし実験的な歯の圧下移動時の組織変化に関する研究は1940年代に始まりBunch (1942), Lefkovitz and Waugh (1945), Dart (1966) Dellinger (1967), 大谷 (1980), Bondevik (1980), 二宮 (1984)などによって報告されている. 近年, 微小血管構築を検索する研究方法として血管鋳型法が注目を集めている.

Abstract : [Abstract] : The effect of intrusive forces on periodontal vasculature and alveolar bone surrounding the teeth has been studied in mandibural 2nd and 3rd premolars of 10 dogs using corrosive resin cast and examined under a scanning electron microscopy. In the marginal portion, the blood vessels of periodontal menbrane were compressed and bone resorption was observed after 7days. In alveolar ridge, bone resorption was clealy observed. Also on the top of alveolar septum. In the middle portion of the periodontal vasculature in hight. Charactaristic vascular arrangement were seen. The exposed bone area was clearly seen at the central alveoler in hight and the stretched and loop shaped blood vessels which was found from periodontal vascular network were observed sorrounding the exposed bone area. However, it was not seen at the apex area. But the direct bone resorption was found at the apex area and shown the compressed blood vessels.
