| Abstract ： | 「緒言」歯科補綴物や種々な計測機器の精度向上につれ, 上下顎関係が頭部の位置変化によってどの様に変化するかを知る必要が生じてきた. これに関係した報告には, 欧米ではPreiskel, Cohen, 本邦においては, 関根, 高橋, 小室および三塚らの研究があり, 関根らは体軸や頭軸の矢状方向の変化によって, 下顎が前後的に位置を変える事, 小室らは頭部の側屈時には, 下顎安静位, 自由開閉運動及び咀嚼運動のいずれにも顎位の変化がみられることをEMGを利用し, 観察している. また三塚は頭位の変化に伴う下顎位の偏位, 持続性筋活動ならびにtapping EMG中のsilent perinodへの影響などを筋電図より検索を行っている. しかし, 上下顎関係や下顎運動解析の研究の多くは, ある一定の規制条件下において行われたもので, 真の機能時のものとは断定しにくい. そこで我々は, 頭部の動態を知る第一歩として作為をせずに在りのままの咀嚼中の動態を汎用ビデオカメラ及びモニターを利用して観察し, 以下のような実験を行い多少の知見を得たので報告する. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] : Recent advances in ME instruments in recent years have been responsible for a large number of reports on research concerning upper and lower jaw relationship as well as analyses of lower jaw movement. However, since much of this research was conducted under controlled conditions, it would be difficult to conclude that these are the conditions present during actual function. In this experiment, use was made of an ordinary video camera to photograph movements of the head during uncontrolled mastication, and movements were analyzed with a television monitor. Both a Camper plane and a Frankfurt plane were used as the center. Examination produced the following results. 1. Using a datum plane plane consisting of a Camper plane or a Frankfurt plane made it possible to measure the lower forward angle of inclination of the face. 2. Although it was difficult to determine significance in the case of both the Camper plane and the Frankfurt plane, observation with the naked eye seems to indicate that the Camper plane is of more value. |
