Abstract : 「緒言」歯髄組織は象牙質によって閉じ込められた血管と神経に富む疎性結合組織で, わずかに根尖孔あるいは側枝を介して外界と交通するきわめて特殊な環境に置かれた組織といえる. その機能は生涯にわたっての象牙質の形成にあると同時に, う蝕あるいはその他の外来侵襲に対し修復象牙質を形成して歯髄を保護することにあると考えられている. 住谷(1971)は抗唾液, 抗免疫グロブリン, 抗血清アルブミンの蛍光抗体液により, う蝕病巣の周辺部をとりかこむ部位に強い特異蛍光を認めている. このことは象牙細管内の組織液には, う蝕などの細菌感染に対する防御能力のあることを示唆している. 象牙細管の組織液に強く関与している歯髄組織, 特にその血管網の分布状態について, Boling(1942)はネコとイヌにPrussian blue, 後藤(1958)はイヌに, Kramer(1960)はヒトに墨汁を血管に注入しそれぞれの基本的な分布形態を観察している.

Title : A Morphological Study on the Reaction of the Pulpal Vasculature Following Experimentally Induced Acute Pulpitis in Dogs

Abstract : [Abstract]: The present morphological study was carried out to observe the increased vascular permeability and the pathway of leukocyte extravasation following the experimentally induced acute pulpitis using both microcorrosion resin cast and histological specimen of incisor and molar pulpal vasculatures. The results were as follows : The subodontoblastic vascular architecture of the pulp from young dog was composed of three layers : the terminal capillary network (TCN) ; the capillary network (CN) formed with the ascending root (arterial capillary) and descending root (venular capillary) ; and the venular network (VN). Beneath the three layers, a number of main blood vessels (MB) run from top to bottom. Four hours after cavity preparation without water spray, a heat-induced injury, the increased methylmet acrylate leakage was observed in the descending roots of the CN. Leukocyte extravasation was also observed mainly in the VN and main venules. The observed leukocyte extravasation, however, was rarely occurred in the descending roots in the CN and never found in the TCN, ascending roots in the CN and main arterioles. After emigration through the intercellular junction of endothelium, leukocyte had a transient stay in the space between the endothelium and basement membrane or pericyte until the passage through the vessel into the interstitial space was completed. The leukocyte, therefore, passed into the surrounding perivascular connective tissues.
