Abstract : 「緒言」歯科臨床において顎口腔機能の回復とその保全は最も重要な課題の一つである. とくに, 咬合の不均衡による咀嚼機能回復のための上下顎歯の正しい咬合接触状態の確立と保全に留意する事は残存歯や修復物のメインテナンスに最も関係深く, 臨床上実行しやすい事項でもある. 咬合診断では, 従来の咬合紙, ワックス, シリコン等による静的な記録法, ならびに咬合器上での咬合分析法が多用されているのが現状であるが, いずれも咬合接触時期の判定や動的接触状態の把握が不可能な場合がある. 近年のME機器の著しい進歩は, 診査, 診断の決定に重要な役割を果たすまでになってきているものもあるが, 咬合診査では実時間の診査法として, 歯列上に設置された圧電素子からの電気情報の解析, 聴診器による直接聴診による咬合分析とセンサーを介しての咬合音波形分析等が行われている. しかし, 咬合音測定から求められる情報は, 咬合異常の存在の有無か概略の存在部位の特定であり, 原因となっている早期接触歯の同定はできない.

Title : Determination of Premature Contact Tooth using Amplitued Level of Time Domain Wave Forms

Abstract : Abstract : Establishing and maintaining a state of correct occlusal contact is important for recovery and maintenance of the stomatognathic function. In recent years, outstanding progress has been made in the area of ME instruments. However, since measurement with occlusal sound detectors takes place via the soft tissue as well as via the complex medium of the skull, we cannot say that there is a satisfactory understanding at present of the unique contact conditions of the teeth. This research department has employed methods from the field of vibratory science over the past several years in order to uncover the secrets that the mystery chamber of the human skull poses for dental researchers. The results of these experiments have been made public in a series of reports. Experimental results were then used as the basis for research in which an accelerometer was applied to the teeth at points of premature contact in the mouth. In this experiment, the authors tried out an experimental system in which a 2 ch. FFT analyzer was used for indentification of premature contact teeth. The following results were obtained. (1) It was possible to use peak values of time domain wave forms for identification of premature contact teeth. (2) Identification of premature contact teeth was possible even at an interference of 0.1 mm which is considered the limit of habituation in human beings. (3) Although it was not possible to determine values for certain neighboring teeth, it wat still possible by selecting target teeth at a number of teeth removed from the premature contact tooth. (4) There was a tendency for peak values to vary depending on the materials for application of premature contact.
