Abstract : 「緒言」パーシャルデンチャー設計上, 最も考慮することは, 義歯が口腔内で安定し必要な機能を発揮することである. この目的を達するために支台装置や連結装置等について光弾性実験法, ストレンゲージ法, 有限要素法等様々なものを利用して研究されている. 我々は, これらの静的荷重下で物体の動特性を求めるよりも, 物体の動特性を求めるに適した手法, 即ちモーダル解析法による分析を考え, その上で主な構成要素間の関連性をも考慮することが重要と考えた. そして, 臨床上多くの問題を抱えている片側遊離端欠損症例を対象とし, 連結装置を介し, 反対側に支台装置を設計し義歯を口腔内に安定させるCross Arch Stabilizationを導入して義歯を製作し, 当教室一連の振動機器により義歯各部のモードシェープを視覚的にとらえ分析した. その結果支台装置の動態に関して連結装置の方が影響が大きいことが考えられたので, 今回連結装置単体および義歯連結装置の動態観察に関する基本的な実験を行い多少の興味ある知見を得たので報告する.

Abstract : Abstract : Cross arch stabilization is used in preparing dentures to treat cases of unilateral free end defect, a source of many clinical problems. Analysis was carried out with the modal analysis method, which is well suited to getting a grasp on the dynamic characteristics of objects, and this allowed visual observation of the modal shape of the individual parts of the denture. The following results were obtained. 1. When the bend mode and twisted mode of the denture are produced, the movement of the center of the bar is small. Contrary to this, large movements that use this section as a fulcrum were confirmed in the retainer that is further from the prosthetic side. Moreover, in the case of the rigid body mode, the movements of the individual retainers tend to become larger in proportion to an increase in the size of movement in the area near the center of the bar. 2. In the case of a straight sample of the bar by itself, the twisted mode of the free side is pronounced when there is air vibration. In the case of vise fixed vibration, a bend mode was recognized from the center section of the sample. 3. In the case of a bend sample of the bar by itself, a number of points become the fulcrum for movement buring air vibration due to the more complex configuration. In the case of vise fixed vibration, movements were recognized in the wave movement configuration due to the fact that the materials are secured by force.
