Abstract : 「緒言」多種多様な欠損形態を持つパーシャルデンチャーの設計において, 義歯の構成要素の解析は重要な事項の一つであり, 当教室ではこれまでに人工歯, 義歯床, 支台装置および連結装置等の動態解析を行い, 義歯設計の指標の一助となるべく研究を行ってきた. 人工歯の検討は多角的に行われ, 野谷は既製陶歯においてレジン填入時の保持溝内部の脱泡を目的とした空気抜き孔の有無が機械的強さおよび床との結合力にいかなる影響を及ぼすか比較を行い, 既製陶歯ではその差はないと報告し, さらに自家製陶歯を作業し, 空気抜き孔の維持力を衝撃強さに及ぼす影響を検証して陶歯の維持力と衝撃強さの関係を検討している. 佐藤らはレジン歯, 硬質レジン歯, 陶歯の耐摩耗性の比較を行い, 山内らは前歯を用いたレジン歯, 硬質レジン歯陶歯の床用レジンとの結合力の比較で硬質レジン歯(エンデュラ)とレジン歯(リアルクラウン)に有意差がないが, 基底面を削合した硬質レジン歯(エンデュラ)は床との結合力が低下傾向にあると報告している.

Title : Influences of the Way in Combinning Artificial Tooth with Denture Base Mode on the Movement and Stress Distribution in Denture System

Abstract : Abstract : In the designing of partial dentures satisfying diversified application requirements, the modal analyses of the elements composing a denture are important to obtain the data necessary to design good dentures. With this recognition, we have conducted modal analyses of artificial teeth, denture bases, the retainers, and the major connectors. Our present research is aimed at understanding better the effects of differences of the mode of combination between artificial teeth and a dentur base on the movement of the teeth and the base when they are functioning. Following are some of the results obtained in the research involving these analyses. (1) In the case of ceramic teeth, the fact that the combination between the teeth and the base is established by mechanical fitting and fastening only caused a torsion in the way of combinning artificial teeth with denture base when they were subjected to a stress. The ceramic teeth displyed the largest combination displacement among those types of specimens tested in present research. (2) In resin teeth, no moving difference was observed between the teeth carrying retentive pinholes and the teeth having no such pinhole. However, creating the pinholes reduced the displacement at the buccal tooth neck and the combination as a result of increase of adhesion area between the teeth the base. (3) In thermoset resin teeth, almost same moving results as the ones observed in above resin teeth were observed when they carried no retentive pinholes. When the teeth were equipped with the pinhoes, they exhibited a movement similar to that of ceramic teeth, and the displacementat the combination increased. (4) Creating the retentive pinholes on an artificial tooth contributed to alleviating the concentration of stress in the portions extending from the alveolar ridge of a denture to the buccal margin of denture base. However, creating the pinholes led to an increase of stress at the combination.
