Abstract : 「緒言」近年, 歯列模型を用いた間接法による咬合の診査や補綴装置の製作は, 直接法に比べ操作性, 及び応用範囲において優れているだけでなく, 高精度に行われるようになり, 日常臨床で広く利用されている. その背景には, 印象材・模型材といった歯科材料の物理学的・化学的な品質の向上や, 19世紀の後半からSnow, Gysiらにより盛んに行われてきた下顎運動の研究成果による各種計測器具や, 顆路型咬合器の開発があった. 中でも, 間接法の発展に咬合器の果たす役割は大きい. 全調節性咬合器は前方運動時の顆路傾斜, 作業側の顆路傾斜角, 切歯路, 顆頭間距離などの下顎運動要素を調節できる咬合器であり, その機構的な面から高い評価を受けているが, 十分な知識と熟練を持ち合わせても, 操作性が繁雑であることから敬遠されがちである. また, 羽賀は調節部分が多いほど誤差を生じやすいため, 調節機構を単純化し, その結果として半調節性咬合器に近づくと述べている.

Title : An Attempt to the Decision of the Condylar Guidance Inclination by the Six - Degree Freedom Mandibular Movement Analyzing System

Abstract : Abstract : The reproduction of mandibular movement, using a semiadjustable articulator, is limited by the mechanical mobility of the articulator and may involve errors associated with the check bite method. In this study, qualitative analysis of movement traces was first performed using a slightly modifid six-degree freedom mandibular movement analyzing system which can measure the coordinates of randomly selected points. Furthermore, quantitative analysis was performed using the features of this device, which allows dynamic observation of randomly selected imaginary points of the jaw. This involved calculation of the inclination of the medial condylar guidance from the FH plane and the inclination of the lateral condylar guidance from the sagittal plane based on the traces of the center of the condylar sphere of the semi-adjustable articulator(DENTATUS ARH), to employ a method for using the articulator to designate the condyle path angle. The following results were obtained ; 1. The addition of quantitative analysis to the qualitative analysis of the movement traces on the projected plane of randomly selected mandibular points improved the capability of this device to help assess the function of mandibular movement. 2. The condylar path angle of the articulator was determined on the basis of an angular analysis of the movement traces of a point randomly selected on the body, which corresponded to the center of the condylar sphere of the articulator. The usefulness of this method was confiremed. 3. The operator should be able to select the most appropriate iaw position at will by the present system.
