| Abstract ： | 「はじめに」疾患・疾病・病気(disease)は, ドーランド医学辞典によると, 一連の特徴的病状を持った一定の病的過程, 全身または個々の部分をおかし, その病因学・病理学・予後は既知または未知であるとされている. 月辺象形で表現される, 種々の部位・部分の働きの不良に伴う異常としている. 疾病の診断には苦労する. 確定診断病名には, 臨床的所見とX線学的検査所見や生体の生理学的検査などを含めた臨床検査的諸検索が必要とされるし, 経過と予後の把握に重要である. 現在, 人口の増加に伴って居住機構も変化して, 年齢差により通院状態も相違し, 患者層により疾患別の統計にも地域により多少差があると思われる. 一方検体を扱う臨床検査科の立場からの業務感染についてであるが, 日常診療と業務感染, 日常臨床検査と業務感染があげられている. また, 臨床検査と統計値的な面では, 全国大学病院のアンケート調査よりみた正常値の現状と問題点, 正常値計算法の評価と選択, 正常値を動かすもの, 予測診断のための方法と正常値らがあげられるが, 本学においても以上を踏えた各項目における正常値をもとめた. |

| Abstract ： | Abstract : We often encounter with difficulties in diagnosing diseases. Clinical findings, X-ray tests and various clinical examinations including physiological check ups of the body are, by all means, necessary for making a correct diagnosis. There data are also of use to grasp the development and prognosis of diseases. We report on diseases and items of clinical laboratory during September 1992. (Results)1. Total patients were 167, which are not so many, but almost equivalent to the number of the patients during the past one or five years. 2. It seems that we treat patients with more prudent examinations in our hospital than other university hospitals. |
