Abstract : 「緒言」 失われた形態や機能の再構成を目的とする補綴装置は, 生体と調和した状態を長期間維持する事が必要である. 特にパーシャルデンチャーでは, 口腔内に義歯を安定させるために, 生体との調和を図りながら残存歯の一部に支台装置を設計する. しかし, これには残存歯, 歯周組織ならびに顎堤等の諸因子が複雑に絡み合うため, 補綴装置の設計が必然的に複雑で困難なものとなると言われている. そして, 設計を誤ると支台歯では歯周組織の変化に伴う負担能力の低下, 顎堤では加齢や全身病に伴う欠損部顎堤の形態的変化に伴う負担能力の変化が大きく取り上げられ, これらの変化に起因する残存歯や顎堤の破壊による義歯の機能低下が報告されている. 古くから, これらの問題を解明する目的で, 支台装置と支台歯の動揺度との関係, 支台歯の連結による負担軽減解析, 支台装置と義歯の動態解析, 床下粘膜の変位量測定, 義歯床下の応力解析, 顎堤の形態測定等が報告され, 各々による解明や対処がなされている.

Title : The Influence of the Saddle Condition and Metal Material of Retainer on Vibratory Response of Unilateral Free End Denture.

Abstract : Abstract : To clarify the difference in vibration characteristics between the denture employed Co-Cr or 6AI-4V titanium Akers clasp and the most common rigid-supported denture, telescope crown denture, vibration response of the dentures was associated. The influence of the condition of residual ridge on abutment teeth was also investigated. In most experiments, the linear value was determined in the first and second premolar apexes by means of the method previously established in our laboratory. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The vibration force was equally distributed to the abutment teeth supported the telescope crown denture the force distribution was not affected by the residual ridge condition. 2. In the denture employed Co-Cr or 6AI-4V titanium Akers clasp, the vibration-trans value of first premolar was smaller than that of second premolar. The vibration-trans value itself in the dentures employed Akers clasp was smaller than that in telescope crown denture, suggesting that the Akers clasp dentures tested are considered to be flexible-supported. 3. The vibration-trans value of abutment teeth in clasp denture was affected by the residual ridge conditions. Also, it is suggested that the denture employed 6AI-4V titanium Akers clasp will be available for the case in which the condition of residual ridge need not be taken into consideration.
