| Abstract ： | 「緒言」 補綴装置の設計時や装着後の予後観察時に支台歯の動揺度を測定することは, 支台歯の診査, 診断に際し, 客観的評価を行う為に不可欠な項目の一つである. 歯の動揺度測定について一般臨床時に行われる診査は視診, 触診, 打診, X線診査をもとにしたMiller測定法が比較的多く用いられている. しかしながら, 本測定方法は術者の主観によって値が大きく左右される欠点がある. また歯の変位量のみ重視しているので, 歯周組織の粘弾性などその性状を客観的に評価したことにはならない. 一方歯周組織の性状を把握する試みは古くから行われ, 歯の変位量で表現したElblechit, 木村のダイヤルゲージ法, 加藤, Kerberのストレインゲージ法, および, 倉島の電気差動トランス法などがある. また振動を応用してその応答特性をもとめた中村の共振周波数測定法, およびNoyes, 八島の機械インピーダンス測定法などがある. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] The measurement of the mobility of abutment teeth is one of the important factors for designing the denture and aftercare. We had developed a mobility checker which applied the time domain wave form and using for clinic. Using this dental mobility checker we observed the progressive changes in mobility of the abutment teeth which classified into missing form, kind of tooth and appearance of abutment for the patients on partial dentures. The result of the changes up to the missing form were reversed between free-end saddle and bounded-saddle after one week who wore on dentures, and up to the kind of teeth the results were different between incisal teeth, premolars and molars. The abutment teeth which the value of Dental mobility checker showed over 3.0 had a tendency that the mobility would increased after wore dentures on. |
