| Abstract ： | はじめに 本学の臨床実習では院内生が実際の患者の初診から術後管理までを一貫して担当するいわゆる一口腔単位制度を採用している. 指導医の患者を1年間担当して患者とのラポールを確立し, 院内生個々の能力に合わせて可及的に実際の医療行為を行わせている1). しかし, 昨今の患者の医療に対するニーズの多様化と高度化, それに伴い歯科医療の専門分化および患者の権利の尊重等社会環境の予想を超える変貌と複雑化に加え, 地域社会における歯科医師数の増加は先に示した教育目標の達成を困難にしている. また, 2006年度より卒後研修が義務化され医科とは異なり, 各大学卒業生が各大学で研修を行うため, 卒前の臨床教育に必要な患者数は減少の一途をたどることになる2). このような現実を踏まえて, 院内生は一つ一つの「症例」や様々な「経験」を大切にし, 自己研鑽を積む必要がある. そして, 臨床で必要なより多くの経験をするためには, 学外の研修施設に頼らざるを得ない. |

| Abstract ： | In clinical practice, students are made to do actual medical practice in accordance with their ability as much as possible. However, it is becoming difficult to attain the goal of education because of the recent diversification of patients' needs for treatment, respect for rights, and so on. From this year, every graduate student is required to do post-graduate training, so the number of patients needed for under-graduate education has decreased relatively. Faced with reality, every student takes care of each “case” and “various experiences” and also needs to cultivate their own character, but it is unavoidable to depend upon off-campus studies to gain more experience. This time, traing was performed not at the previous care center, but at a new care center. We investigated the new care center and found it to be useful for the students as an off-campus study facility. |
