| Abstract ： | 「緒言」近年, インプラント治療においては, 治療期間の短縮や早期の機能回復を確立するため, 従来の非荷重期間の更なる短縮が試みられている. 現在, 治療プロトコールの改良が進みつつあるが, 下顎に対するオーバーデンチャータイプもしくはフルアーチタイプ以外の即時荷重に関しては, 臨床的根拠に乏しく, いまだ確立した術式とはいえない1). 今回, われわれは下顎臼歯部部分欠損に対する即時荷重治療に関して, インプラント埋入時から24週までの骨質, 埋入トルク, インプラント動揺度, X線像を経時的に調査し, これらの値を分析, 下顎臼歯部部分欠損症例の即時荷重の適応症の検証をしたので報告する. 「材料および方法」調査対象は内科的に疾患のない36歳から65歳までの女性17名で, インプラントの適応症であった. その患者選択の条件として, 口腔の衛生状態は良好で, インプラント埋入部位において骨造成等を必要としない十分な骨量の症例とした. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] Today, immediate loading is a subject of great interest. Except for mandibular overdentures and cross arch bridge, however, no consensus on immediate loading is available due to the lack of comprehensive researches and scientific evidences. In this study, we analyzed 31 immediately loaded SLA implants in the partially edentulous posterior regions of 17 patients. Based on the analysis results, we would like to suggest decision-making criteria for immediate loading, with a focus on clinical parameters such as bone quality, insertion torque, ISQ value and hard tissue recession. Measurements were performed at a baseline (during surgical implant placement) and at 1, 2, 6, 12 and 24 weeks after the surgery. All 31 implants placed in 17 patients achieved successful osseointegration in 24 weeks. |
