Abstract　： 「緒言」平成18年4月からの歯科医師臨床研修(以下, 臨床研修)の必修に従い1,2), 神奈川歯科大学附属病院はA, B, C, D 4つの臨床研修プログラムを設けた. そのうち協力型臨床研修施設(以下, 協力型施設)で臨床研修を行うのは, Aプログラムで8か月1施設, Bで4か月ずつ2施設, Cで4か月1施設である. 本院では研修歯科医の出向先を決定する方法として協力型施設説明会を催し, 臨床研修施設群内マッチング(以下, 群内マッチング)を行った. 協力型施設の実状や研修歯科医の抱える問題点などを把握するため3,4), 平成18年度臨床研修を修了した研修歯科医を対象に協力型施設に関するアンケート調査を行ったので報告する. 「対象および方法」「1. 臨床研修プログラム」本院の平成18年度臨床研修プログラムはA, B, C, Dに分けられる5). Abstract　： [Abstract] We intend to report on the results of the survey of dental residents at cooperation type clinics in this paper. In 2006, we provided a training program for the dental residents. They were divided into four groups, A, B, C and D by their choices. In order to grasp the actual condition of the cooperation type clinics and the dental residents' problems, we sent out the questionnaires to the dental residents who had finished the clinical training in 2006. The results of the survey were as follows. First of all, 72 percent of the respondents answered the contents of the explanation meeting in advance corresponded to the actual conditions of the cooperation type clinics. Then, 79 percent of them said the guidance system was suitable, and 90 percent of them gave a good evaluation of instructors' attitudes to the dental residents. Besides, 94 percent of them felt it meaningful to have experienced the opportunities to discuss about the consultation plan and its contents with the instructors. As a negative side, 13 percent of them answered they were not in good shape physically, to make matters worse, 30 percent of them complained about being mentally tired out. All in all, 76 percent of them said the clinical training in the cooperation type clinics was helpful, useful and effective. From the survey, the satisfactory results were gained on the whole. We realized that the dental residents must have brushed up their technique and have amplified their knowledge. On the other hand, we must not miss the fact that the dental residents were mentally exhausted in the new environments and human relationship. We should respond to a request for advice and counsel them about their troubles. This subject is one of the present pending questions.
