Abstract　： 「緒言」成人においてAngleII級でover jetが大きい症例は, 小臼歯抜去治療により適切な前歯部被蓋を獲得し, 大臼歯関係をI級またはII級関係にして咬合の確立を行うことが多い. 近年, 矯正用インプラントアンカーの有効性が多数報告され, これに伴い非抜歯治療の可能性も大きくなってきた. 矯正用インプラントアンカーは顎骨に埋入し歯の移動の固定源として利用でき固定源の移動が生じない為, 絶対的固定源と言われている. 今回, 成人の前歯部開咬を伴うII級1類症例に矯正用インプラントアンカーを用いて上顎歯列を遠心移動し, 非抜歯にて治療を行い良好な結果が得られたので報告する. 1. 初診時年齢, 性別 30歳5か月の女性. 2. 主訴 出っ歯のため前歯で咬むことが出来ない. 3. 現病歴 中学生頃に顎関節雑音を自覚. 22歳頃に第三大臼歯が萌出しその頃, 急に歯並びが悪くなってきて右側顎関節痛・開口障害が発現した.

Abstract　： There is growing interest in using implants to assist the orthodontic movement of teeth. With implant-assisted orthontic therapy, many casas that in the past would have required the extraction of premolars can now be successfully treated without extracting the premolars. For adult overjet cases, we customarily extract premolars to create enough space to establish a molar relationship of Angle Class I or II. Implant anchors to assist orthodontic treatment are fixed to the jaw bone. Here I report a case of Angle Class II div. 1with open-bite that successfully accomplished the distal movement of the maxillary dentition using orthodontic implant anchors. No premolar extractions were required.
