| Abstract ： | [Abstract] International frameworks for health crisis management which are closely tied to WHO's global health emergency management efforts are: 1) The International Health Regulations (IHR 2005); 2) The Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) and the Global Health Cluster System; 3) The Sphere; 4) The Code of Conduct for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and NGO in Disaster Relief; and 5) The WHO's Emergency Response Framework (ERF). WHO is the lead agency for global health crisis management, throughout the cycle of disaster prevention/mitigation/preparedness/response/recovery/reconstruction, and has a commitment to provide guidance and support to bodies and organizations involved in these frameworks at local, regional and global levels. |
