| Abstract ： | 「1. はじめに」地震大国日本において, 地震や津波により大規模な災害を受ける機会は多い. 一旦, 大規模災害が発生すれば, 被災者は避難所での生活が余儀なくされ, 長引くことで二次的な健康被害を引き起こす. 特に超高齢社会を迎えたわが国において, 被災高齢者の義歯紛失による咀嚼・嚥下障害や義歯汚染による誤燕性肺炎の増加は深刻な問題となっており, 東日本大震災の教訓からも歯科医師による義歯ケアの重要性が認識さている. 我々の研究グループでは, 避難所においても被災高齢者の義歯ケアを簡便に行うシステムを構築するために, 3つの研究プロジェクトを立ち上げた. プロジェクト1は, 被災直後に義歯を喪失した高齢者に対して簡便に義歯製作が可能となる製作マニュアルの作成を行った. プロジェクト2は, 近年インプラント治療を施している高齢患者も多いことから, 被災地でもインプラン治療に対応するためのツールとして, インプラント体の種類が把握できる識別システムの開発を行った. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] In this study, we established a novel system for denture care in a large-scale disaster. This system consists of three projects. Project 1 was to create a protocol to fabricate a denture immediately for the elderly who lost a denture after a disaster. Project 2 was to develop the classification system to specify a correct implant into a commercial implant system. Project 3 was to develop a self-cleaning denture by using photocatalysis. This review introduces each project, discusses future strategies for effective use of each project, and describes the proper implementation of the projects when a large-scale disaster occurs. |
