| Abstract ： | 「背景」政府は平成8年に「阪神・淡路大震災を契機とした災害医療体制のあり方に関する研究会」(略称:厚生省災害体制研究会)報告書の中で, 災害時医療の基本的な考え方として, 被災地内医療機関の役割の重要性をあげ, 情報ネットワーク, 災害拠点病院の整備などの対応策を述べている. そして, 災害時における初期救急医療体制の強化のために, 厚生省(現・厚生労働省)の指導により, 広域災害・救急医療情報システム(Emergency Medical Information System:EMIS)の整備, 災害派遣医療チーム(Disaster Medical Assistance Team:DMAT)の養成, 災害拠点病院の整備が行われた. 災害拠点病院は, 災害時に多発する多発外傷, 挫滅症候群, 広範囲熱傷などの重篤な患者の救命を行い, 重症患者を受け入れ, 患者の搬出を行う広域搬送を行い, 自己完結型の医療救護チームを派遣し, 地域の医療機関への資器材の貸し出しを行う病院と定義されている. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] After the Great Hanshin- Awaji Earthquake, we have established core disaster hospitals in japan. Now, we have 609 core disaster hospitals. Of them, 340 hospitals owned dental department (55.8%). During large-scale disaster, in dentistry, we are required not only the identification by dental chart and dental treatment but also oral health by oral care. In the medical aid to the disaster areas, it is important to team medical by multidisciplinary cooperation, especially in collaboration with nurses, it is important to check up pressure ulcer / oral care / psychological. Pressure ulcer, oral care and psychological, have in common in terms of eat and nutition. |
