| Abstract ： | 「緒言」大規模災害時における歯科医療体制は以前より重要視されており, 2011年の東日本大震災発生時には, 歯科医師会などの各機関における被災地への支援体制や行政との連携のみならず, 歯科医療従事者個人での対応が必要となった. また, 歯科医師国家試験の出題基準や歯学教育モデル・コア・カリキュラムのガイドラインにおいても, 災害時の対策や歯科による個人識別の項目が組み込まれており, 災害対応能力をもった人材を育成するためにも, 大学教育における災害時の歯科医療に関するカリキュラムの構築が必要であることがわかる. その教育現場においては, 以前より教育内容と職業との関連性が求められており, 大学教育の実質的効果に関心が集まっている. 特に歯学部などの専門職を養成する教育機関では, 教育内容を改めて見直す必要があることが指摘されている. さらに, 講義で習得した内容を活かすためには実習を取り入れることが不可欠であることから, 災害時の医療体制に関する教育においても実習の導入が1つの課題となっている. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] The aim of this study is to construct the educational system for dental health care in disaster. We performed questionnaire survey, which is the role of dentist in disaster and the education of disaster medicine, in before and after the lecture regarding disaster medicine. The survey was conducted in 116 students of School of Dentistry of Kanagawa Dental University (first grade 55 people, third grade 61 people). The rate of students with assistance experience to an affected area was higher in the first grade (33.3%) than third grade (23.3 %). In addition, all students with assistance experience answered that the knowledge and skill of disaster medicine is required. On the other hand, students who do not realize the necessity prior to the lecture regarding disaster medicine, answered that is necessary after the lecture. Consequently, by the introduction of educational system for the dental health care in disaster, the findings raised the possibility that the training of disaster coordinator can contribute to the community medicine. |
