| Abstract ： | 「抄録」大規模災害時, 御遺体への防腐処置(エンバーミング)は口腔内審査の正確性の上昇や効率化をもたらす. 現在の解剖実習用防腐処置に準じた処置を簡易化することで大規模災害時でも全身のみならず口腔周囲の長期保存が可能となることがわかった. 本プロジェクトでは歯科領域からのアプローチとして頭頸部血管からの薬剤注入処置(Vascular Injection Method:VIM)によりに口腔内や顔貌の保存を行う事に焦点をあわせて検討した. 本プロジェクトのために考案した, 口腔内診査用・頭頸部保存溶液は注入固定による防腐が可能であることが示された. また, 薬剤の浸潤と言う簡便な方法の応用も検討された. 総頸動脈からの近位注入が顎顔面領域の固定・保存可能であることが血管造影剤を用いたレントゲン撮影から検証された. 以上の結果からVIMは大規模災害時の口腔内審査による身元確認に有用な一方法となることが期待される. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] The objectives of this study are to establish the cadaver embalming system in catastrophic disaster for personal identification. A modified formula for embalming solution is used by students for dissection of oral anatomy teaching. It is consists of 10%Formalin, 10%Glycerin, 20%Phenol and Ethanol solution. This formula has proven to be successful for oral examination. Furthermore using of this solution, preserves long-term structure of oral tissues and spread bacterial growth within a cadaver can prevent in the dissection room. We examined two embalming methods called Vascular Injection Method (VIM) and saturation wrap method. It is thought that our embalming methods raises the accuracy of the oral examination of personal identification at the time of a catastrophic disaster. |
