| Abstract ： | 「緒言」歯科インプラント治療は, 欠損補綴治療の一つとして普及している. 歯科インプラント治療の普及に伴い, インプラント治療後に発生する種々の合併症が報告されている. 合併症は主に, 技術的な側面と生物学的な側面の2つがあり, なかでもインプラント周囲炎はインプラント治療後の合併症で最も大きな割合を占めており, これまで, その発生率は平均22%と報告されている. インプラント周囲炎の特徴は, 周囲組織の発赤, 腫脹, 出血, 排膿, 歯槽骨吸収を呈する細菌感染による炎症性病変であり, さらにオーバーロードなどの要因も加わり進行するものと考えられている. インプラント周囲炎はインプラント周囲組織に生じる炎症性病変であり, インプラント周囲粘膜炎と区別されている. インプラント周囲粘膜炎は骨喪失を伴わない炎症性病変とされ, インプラント周囲炎は支持骨の喪失をもたらす炎症性病変と定義されている. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] Dental implant treatment is attracting attention as one of the prosthetic treatments. With the spread of dental implant treatment, many complications have been reported. In particular, the incidence of peri-implantitis has been reported to average 22%. Peri-implantitis is an inflammatory lesion occurring in the peri-implant tissue and is distinguished from peri-implant mucositis. Treatment methods for peri-implantitis include mechanical cleaning, sterilization treatment, antibacterial treatment, surgical treatment, laser treatment and the like. Improvement of peri-implantitis was observed with non-surgical treatment. In non-surgical treatment, (1) the onset or duration of disease should be short, (2) the bone defect should be a 2-3 wall bone defect within 5 mm, and (3) there should be no osteosclerosis in the alveolar bone surrounding the bone defect. Conditions such as the presence of keratinized mucosa are considered to have caused the disappearance of inflammation in the peri-implant tissue, the shallowing of the peri-implant sulcus, and the regeneration of alveolar bone. |
