| Abstract ： | 政府が定める「経済財政運営と改革の基本方針2022(通称:骨太の方針)」において, 医療・介護分野におけるイノベーションを強力に進める方針が示された. 特に歯科・口腔領域についての記述が充実した. なかでも, 『全身の健康と口腔の健康に関する科学的根拠の集積と国民への適切な情報提供, 生涯を通じた歯科健診(いわゆる国民皆歯科健診)の具体的な検討, オーラルフレイル対策・疾病の重症化予防につながる歯科専門職による口腔健康管理の充実, 歯科医療職間・医科歯科連携を始めとする関係職種間・関係機関間の連携, 歯科衛生士・歯科技工士の人材確保, 歯科技工を含む歯科領域におけるICTの活用を推進し, 歯科保健医療提供体制の構築と強化に取り組む. (抜粋)』と非常に具体的な記載があった. 私は, この踏み込んだ表現には, 暗にこれまでの歯科が必ずしも国民の期待に十分に応えていないというメッセージが込められたのではないかと考えており, デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)による歯科医療のイノベーションの形を模索している. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] The Japanese government made the following very specific statements in its "Basic Policy on Economic and Fiscal Management and Reform 2022". (1) Gather scientific evidence and provide appropriate information to the public regarding systemic health and oral health. (2) Conduct specific studies on lifelong dental checkups (so-called universal dental checkups). (3) Enhance oral health management by dental professionals that lead to measures against oral frailty and prevention of serious diseases, and promote cooperation among dental professionals, medical and dental institutions, and other related professions. (4) Work to build and strengthen the dental health care delivery system by securing human resources for dental hygienists and dental technicians and promoting the use of ICT in the dental field, including dental technology. We, as medical professionals discussed what should do and what is expected of us regarding the digital transformation in dentistry that is currently required. |
